My Reflections

Hello! In this work, biotechnology, my assigned product is cheese, its production processes seems complicated but it is not.. 


This is the process for making cheese

1. First, milk is heated to remove the cream
2.Substances were added as "rennet" and "serum" to give the right taste and smell.
3. After waiting 45 minutes is cut to separate the curds and serum.
4. Now we proceed to drainning.
5. The cheese is allowed to stand, when you have a hard consistency, scratch.
6.Now, proceed to connect the pieces and shape.
7.  Finally, cut into equal parts, then given the form by the hand.
