Obsessions

Scientific definition: Continually thinking or behaving in a particular thing and it's unable to stop, because this ocupy someone's mind too much.
  
I think that obsessions are something of your interest and at the end it's hard to stop doing.


There are many types of obsessions, there are people obsessed with physicalimage, food, celaning, alcohol, drugs, order, or even obsessed with sexuality.. There are many types of obsessions, it all depends of the person.


I have my own obsession, it is about a woman, Whitney Elizabeth Houston, Born on August 9, 1963 in Newark, New Jersey, U.S. She is an American Singer, Actress, Producer and a former model.


But this singer has a problem, she fell in drugs, rumors said that this happened because of her bad marriage whith Bobby Brown. On January, 2000, Airport security guards discovered marihuana in both houston's and husband luggage at hawaii.


Even when she lost her voice, I know she will be alright and I hope one day she's going to sing again because she is a wonderful woman very talented.

My Reflections

Hello! In this work, biotechnology, my assigned product is cheese, its production processes seems complicated but it is not.. 

This is the process for making cheese

1. First, milk is heated to remove the cream

2.Substances were added as "rennet" and "serum" to give the right taste and smell.

3. After waiting 45 minutes is cut to separate the curds and serum.

4. Now we proceed to drainning.

5. The cheese is allowed to stand, when you have a hard consistency, scratch.

6.Now, proceed to connect the pieces and shape.

7.  Finally, cut into equal parts, then given the form by the hand. 

Introducing my self

Hello everyone! My name is Maria and this is my first post in my blog..
I was born in Cantaura, i moved to Lecheria, Puerto la Cruz when i was 9 years old.
My mom Maria Luisa, she is the most beautiful women in the world, my father Ruben, he is a little jealous but i still loving him.. And my brother Jorge, the best old brother in the world. I am a small person, but with a big heart, i think i am a bit bipolar and undecided.

The picture above is one of my favourite ones, because i shared that day with one of my best friends, she moved to another city, so i was with her and we take millions of photos. I miss her and love her , so this picture makes me remember how good it felt to be the last day together .
